Privacy Policy
StopBox Studio is a private creative studio and photo library run by StopBox USA ("StopBox", "we") for its team and approved creative partners. This policy explains what we collect when you use it and why.
What we collect
- Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password, and we don't request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts.
- Activity in the library. When you sign in and when you were last active, which photos and versions you download, and any image problem reports or access-request notes you send us.
- Studio conversations. The messages you write or dictate in Studio, the brief and the items you pick are saved as projects in your account so you can come back to them.
- Searches and requests. What you search for in the library and ask Studio for is recorded with your account, along with how many results came back, so the StopBox team can see what people look for and plan future photo shoots. Search text is also processed by our AI providers to understand the request.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting providers (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To decide who can access the library and to keep it secure.
- To see which photos are useful and how the library is used, including a daily internal summary for the StopBox team.
- To review and fix the image problems you report.
We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside the service providers below.
Service providers
- Google: sign-in, and the Gemini AI that understands search queries and describes photos.
- Anthropic: the Claude AI behind Studio's creative chat. What you type or say in Studio is sent to Claude to generate replies; Anthropic does not use it to train its models.
- Railway: hosts the website and its database.
- Cloudflare: stores the photo files.
- Slack: internal notifications to StopBox admins, such as access requests and the daily summary.
How long we keep it
Account and activity records are kept while you have access and for a reasonable time afterward for security and records. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time.
Your choices
You can stop using the library at any time. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email vitaliy@stopboxusa.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the library after a change means you accept the updated policy.
